As a Senior Data Analyst in our Growth and Strategic Finance Team in London, you will help create an entirely new network for the world's money. You will generate insights that lead to better decisions for the company and our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

- Curating datasets, surfacing metrics, and performing statistical modelling and deeper dive analysis

- Helping us understand what’s driving our growth at a company or regional level

- Understanding our customer segments and cohorts, and how they contribute to our growth

- Tying our customer acquisition and activity to marketing or product initiatives, to measure the realised financial return of those initiatives

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 3 years of experience in similar roles

- A mathematical or quantitative background

- Strong SQL skills

- Familiarity with Python/R

- Strong analytical ability

- Decent understanding of stats and statistical modelling

- Data visualisation and storytelling ability

- Ability to self-organise and manage stakeholders
