## Description

We are seeking a Regional IT Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

As a Regional IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects, building and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and acting as a key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including new office builds, relocations, remodels, and infrastructure deployments

- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external business stakeholders

- Act as a key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local teams

- Support and maintain IT infrastructure operations in warehouses and office locations

- Visit every location in the region at least twice a year to support active work, business priorities, or infrastructure maintenance requirements

- Manage the regional IT infrastructure budget and ensure financial goals are met

- Translate business needs into solutions while meeting budgetary and timeline requirements

- Ensure all documentation and monitoring tools are up to date

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure

- Understanding of enterprise-level network and collaboration concepts

- Working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, etc.

- Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and concepts

- Excellent documentation and project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 + cash incentives.
