## Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region, Philippines.

As a Graphic Designer at WSP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our visual communication outputs, helping us win new projects, deliver high-quality results, and effectively market our business and people.

### Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Strategic Bids & BD, Marketing, and Communications, to create high-quality visual content for various business needs.

- Provide graphic design and visual communication services to support teams in securing new work, delivering projects, and promoting our business and people.

- Develop high-quality visual materials, such as diagrams, maps, infographics, documents, proposals, and marketing collateral.

- Offer presentation support to the business, ensuring that presentations are impactful and align with company guidelines.

- Design materials in accordance with WSP's global brand guidelines and client-specific guidelines where required.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing, readable, and accessible content.

- Work closely with other creative team members to share ideas and best practices.

- Adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate print and digital requirements for documents.

### Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Typically, 3-7 years of experience in a similar industry, such as professional services or corporate in-house graphic design.

- Demonstrated creative talent and progressive design skills.

- Experience in creating engaging digital and print visualizations.

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent computer skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications, including collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Efficient organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced setting.

- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate commitment and dedication while working independently or as part of a team.
