Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You will provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a high-pressure environment, and utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

- Friday 22:00-2:00

- Saturday 22:00-2:00

- Sunday 22:00-2:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
