## Description

The Customer Experience (CX) team at Cisco is looking for a Customer Delivery Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers. You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of sophisticated Data Center and networking solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Translating customer business requirements into scalable architectures

- Influencing technology transitions at the highest levels

- Collaborating with Cisco account teams, partners, and multi-functional groups to align solution designs with customer goals

- Acting as the primary escalation point for sophisticated problem resolution

- Developing and contributing digital intellectual capital, repeatable delivery frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices

- Creating and sharing intellectual property, including digital intellectual property

- Providing mentorship to the CX technical communities

Requirements:

- BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in a similar job role

- Experienced in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales and/or service delivery roles

- Any Data Center related certification (CCIE, CCNP VCP, etc.)

- Strong drive for continuous learning

- Inspiring leader who can showcase the value of Cisco solutions and services

- Ability to develop high-level migration and delivery strategies

- Strong Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and experience

- Experience in designing Data Center solutions from traditional DC standalone Nexus design to VXLAN Fabric-based SDN solutions

- Technical understanding and experience in solutions involving network services appliances

- Knowledgeable and experienced in cloud computing, building multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions

- Knowledge of Python, Ansible, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of IAC tools like Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.

- Familiar with virtualization and container environments

- Possess extensive technical knowledge of at least two technology domains

- Proven ability to mentor and develop Senior engineers

- Experience leading high-visibility strategic consulting engagements
