## Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor - SCM to join our team in Sanand, Gujarat.

As a Process Coach- Finished Goods Shipment, you will be responsible for driving safety, 5S, and housekeeping in the FG warehouse, ensuring deliverables as per SQDCPME basis objectives and targets, and providing adequate training and development to the FG team and 3PL.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving for safety, 5S, and housekeeping in FG warehouse

- Ensuring deliverables as per SQDCPME basis objectives and targets

- Providing adequate training and development to FG team and 3PL

- Working closely with 3PL to ensure all KPIs are met

- Participating in cross-functional meetings to ensure process and metrics compliance

- Ensuring strong process compliance for ISO, MCRP, GAO, and external audits

- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement

- Ensuring objectives and targets are met

- Maintaining robust FIFO process for tracking and timely closure of ageing engines

- Ensuring availability of shipping containers, packaging material, and RSR/ESR racks

- Ensuring 100% stock integrity for engines

- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation for FG shipments

- Ensuring timely shipments of components

Requirements:

- Graduate degree, preferably in engineering

- 4-5 years of experience in the automotive industry

- Professional exposure to material handling and warehouse operations

- Hands-on experience in materials management and lean manufacturing processes

- Proficient in performing studies to assess and compare investment and variable costs

- Good working knowledge of CMMS3, ERP systems, and MS Office

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a fluid environment
