## Description

We're looking for a Retail Account Executive to join our founding team in building Toast's presence in the retail space. You'll use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and build relationships with new accounts

- Develop customized solutions to meet their business needs

- Conduct demos and manage the sales cycle

- Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met

- Leverage Salesforce to manage sales activities

Requirements:

- Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset

- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills

- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and willing to navigate ambiguity

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $115,000-$185,000 per year, uncapped commissions, benefits, and equity (if eligible).
