## Description

Join us in a high-impact role to drive growth at EarnIn. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in using analytics to inform our growth priorities, drive data-backed experiments, and deliver value to our customers. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement & reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and drive strategic analyses.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving strategic analyses that identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and Marketing

- Partnering with the Product and Marketing teams to design and run experiments

- Owning the analytics roadmap for key growth functions like SEO, Referrals, etc.

- Monitoring & proactively surfacing/troubleshooting any problems across the key business metrics & driving resolution of these issues

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics/product analytics/data science in a B2C role. You should have expertise in SQL and experience with Python or R, as well as the ability to extract insights from large, complex data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey.
