## Description

Working as an Inbound Expert at Target means being part of a team that enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

The role involves supporting business priorities and delivering on sales goals, while providing a fresh and food safe experience.

Responsibilities:

- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation

- Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor

- Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories

- Operate powered equipment as necessary

- Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
