## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Leamington Shopping Park. As the face of our business, you will deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting them before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our products.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points

- Maintain a clean and tidy store, ensuring shelves are stocked with product

- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service

- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services

- Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
