## Description

We invite applications from qualifying candidates to join our team in Kuala Lumpur as a Content Analyst (Mandarin). LSEG's Content Analysts play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality, and timely delivery of data that powers our products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle Officers & Directors (O&D) process by collecting and maintaining information regarding C-level executives and board members with focus on China and Taiwan market

- Process data and apply it accurately to the database using technical and financial knowledge

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness

- Resolve queries from internal and external clients

- Support new projects to create and maintain content

- Work effectively within teams or independently, identifying and resolving problems

- Liaise with Data Operations, Customers, and third-party suppliers

- Research new and review existing sources to ensure quality, timeliness, and automation

- Support continuous improvement of the process

- Use Mandarin language skills to understand, source financial information, and build relationships with overseas market contacts

- Document, maintain, and adhere to established policies, procedures, and data management requirements

- Backup other analysts in the team during their absence

**Requirements:**

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Professional working level in Mandarin

- Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel

- Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements is desirable

**Education:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

We adopt a hybrid work model, with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working remotely.
