## Description

Diageo is seeking a Sales Team Member to support the Customer Marketing (CM) On-trade team in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will partner with the Greater Shanghai sales team to utilize commercial A&P to drive depletion in T2 distributor-to-outlet volume within the on-trade channel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the Greater Shanghai sales team to utilize commercial A&P to drive T2 distributor-to-outlet volume in the on-trade channel

- Achieving acceptable ROI following Commercial Finance guidance and the company’s M&E policy

- Partnering with RSD/RSM/RSA to identify the investment model for key accounts and track contract progress

Preferred qualifications include:

- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or sales

- Experience in beer, spirits, or FMCG companies

Required skills include:

- Marketing campaign management and execution

- Communication and collaboration

- A&P management
