As a Systems Analyst/IT Customer Support/File Transfer, your role is integral in ensuring our client’s IT products meet customer needs and align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between the customer and the help desk.

- First point of contact for IT issues and needs, attempting to triage a situation prior to involving the help desk.

- Back up the asset management team with issuance of accessories and cables to customers and the technicians.

- Review file transfer documentation, ensuring the needed signatures are present (or forward them to the needed teams).

- Burn files to disk and manually move the file to the appropriate networks, notifying the customer once completed.

- Maintain a log of all file transfers with all required information

Requirements:

- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

- Experience: 1+ years of related experience

- US citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000.
