**In this role you will support our multiple functions to roll out reports, interface with stakeholders and summarize a high level report for decision. **What you will do:**

- **Lead material compliance testing and coordination.**

- **Cross-function work with stakeholders and address any material compliance risks**

- **Review substance test reports and justify material compliance**

- **Team management and mentor newcomers for testing**

- **Equipment calibration and gage R&R across different supply chain**

- **Due diligence management in the supplier chain**

- **New legislation tracking and developing material testing**

- **Continuous development in procedure in testing and system robust**

- **Communicate with third-party lab and cost-saving driving**

**What you will bring:**

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.**

- **3+ years of experience in environmental compliance programs.**

- **Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for REACH, RoHS, EU POPs, and USA EPA TSCA.**

- **Experience identifying high-risk substances, materials, and components in electronic products.**

- **Understanding of materials testing methods like XRF, FTIR, and GC/LC MS.**

- **Experience supporting ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) systems.**

- **Effective team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.**

- **Proficient in data analysis and integration.**

- **Good writing and reading in English**
