## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Lincoln Private Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. They will develop individualised treatment plans using various physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. The Senior Physiotherapist will monitor patient progress, adapt interventions, and manage a designated caseload efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Independently assessing and treating patients with complex needs

- Developing individualised treatment plans

- Monitoring patient progress and adapting interventions

- Managing a designated caseload efficiently

- Liaising with the multidisciplinary team to support safe and effective patient care

- Contributing to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services

Applicants should be HCPC-registered Physiotherapists with solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to team working and service improvement are essential.

Desirable criteria include evidence of CPD or postgraduate learning, experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students, familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools, and involvement in audit or clinical service initiatives.

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
