## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional to support our corporate legal department. You will provide senior-level legal support to General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and executive leadership teams across complex legal, compliance, governance, litigation, and contracting matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide expert legal support to senior leadership teams

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and legal documentation

- Support litigation matters, including legal research, preparation of legal correspondence, witness coordination, document management, and liaison with external counsel

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including subsidiary management, corporate filings, board resolutions, annual compliance filings, and maintenance of corporate records

- Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, trade names, domain names, applications, renewals, and associated documentation

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree with Paralegal Certification

- Significant experience supporting in-house legal teams in a corporate environment

- Experience within regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or related sectors

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
