Join our team this Christmas and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers during one of the busiest times of the year.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.

Your job purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers

- Selling confidently to customers using product knowledge

- Delivering an inspiring shopping environment

- Involvement in Plan A activity to support store and local community initiatives

- Adapting and working flexibly across the store to meet customer and business needs
