Mejuri is a fine jewelry retailer that offers a personalized shopping experience. As a Stylist at Mejuri, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and promoting the brand's values.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers in discovering pieces that resonate personally

- Ensure positive customer experiences, promoting services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings

- Participate in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house, including display inventory and sellable inventory

- Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld

- Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive and engaging work environment

- Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way

- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening

- Ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge
