## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Governance, Risk, and Compliance to join our GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team at Capital One. As a Product Leader, you'll be at the heart of transforming our risk management practices and capabilities to keep up with the needs of the business, our customers, and stakeholders.

The GRCx Team is modernizing our approach to risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive, and from manual to automated. You will help drive the transformation of critical products that support our core business.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
