## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join their team.

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will focus on strategic influence, mentorship, and high-level stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Architecting data-driven narratives that translate complex datasets into high-level business stories, directly influencing executive strategy and pivoting organizational tactics.

- Overseeing the synthesis of complex data into actionable frameworks, ensuring insights are prioritized based on their potential for business impact.

- Serving as the primary consultant to business partners, translating technical analytical findings into executive-ready next steps and strategic roadmaps.

- Defining the roadmap for ad-hoc and automated reporting, ensuring all outputs align with core business KPIs and long-term objectives.

- Leading collaborations with Data Visualization and Engineering teams to build scalable, repeatable reporting ecosystems that maintain high standards of data hygiene and trend discovery.

- Bridging the gap between technical teams and business units by translating high-level business requirements into robust technical specifications and vice versa.

- Directing the integration of disparate data sources and the development of strategic assumptions to identify untapped market opportunities and business risks.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Statistical modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to run rigorous statistical analysis on labeling outputs and determine the exact testing or sampling needed to improve the classifiers.

- Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to independently query and extract raw labeling data.

- Data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Experience in handling AI-related projects and a background in machine learning.

- A bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/computer-related course.

In terms of work arrangement, this is a 100% onsite role, with a night shift schedule, located in Imus, Cavite or Ortigas. The ideal candidate should be amenable to start ASAP.
