Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

### Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or school settings.

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Collect data and submit session notes.

- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.

- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.

- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

### Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.

- Valid state identification card.

- Reliable transportation.

- Pass a criminal background check.
