## Description

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help grow its fraud analytics proposition and support its mission to provide essential insights that advance and protect people, industry, and society.

As a Product Owner within a global team, you will collaborate across product, development, and data science to solve customer problems and deliver valuable fraud analytics products.

**Responsibilities**

- Understand customer needs, experiment, and collaborate to find answers to customer problems

- Define and prioritize incremental value, lead the execution of a product roadmap, focusing on improving customer experience

- Work closely with development teams, data science, fellow product managers, and wider organization

- Design and own product suite strategy and define it through collaboration and analysis of market, customer, and business insights

- Drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend and execute relevant actions to drive further product development and increase customer satisfaction

- Work closely with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback, and provide input and expertise to marketing and other customer materials

- Flexible working hours will be required due to the global nature of the role (split between UK and US working hours)

**Requirements**

- Passionate problem solver focused on customer needs with Product Management and/or Product Owner experience

- Experience with managing analytics products within the fraud space is essential

- Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modeling, and AI/machine learning is a must

- Ability to understand and analyze complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithms

- Committed to delivering high-quality products to users, keeping customers at the heart of every product decision

- Great organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions under pressure

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) is desirable; experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies and practices is highly desirable
