## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth, Dorset, as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide warm, five-star service to customers

- Make great food and drink recommendations

- Operate efficiently using our digital tools to take and fulfil orders

- Maintain impeccable food safety standards

- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture

- Adapt quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements

The role requires digital confidence, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
