The aim is to hire passionate and energetic Food & Drinks Runners to join the team at Cecconi's Amsterdam. As a Runner, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless guest experience by connecting the kitchen, bar, and restaurant floor, ensuring food and drinks reach guests quickly, accurately, and with care.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food and beverages quickly, accurately, and professionally

- Support the wait team in providing exceptional guest experiences

- Act as a key link between the kitchen, bar, and restaurant floor

- Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods

- Assist with table preparation, resetting, and maintaining restaurant standards

- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and floor teams

- Support private events and other operational areas when required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential

- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment is a plus

- A strong team player with excellent communication skills

- Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic

- Ability to remain calm and organised during high-volume service periods

- A genuine passion for people and hospitality

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

- Compensation: Salary within Horeca CAO Function Group II (€2,468.35 gross per month)
