## Description

As a Technical Product Owner for eCommerce at 3M, you will collaborate with global teams to shape and deliver high-impact digital solutions. This role blends product strategy, technical fluency, and hands-on execution to define capabilities that meet business needs and support scalable, modern eCommerce experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Translate company and customer goals into product direction

- Own the product roadmap and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business goals and technical strategy

- Prioritize work based on business value and urgency, make trade-off decisions, and define clear objectives and success metrics

- Represent customer and stakeholder needs by gaining a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes

- Manage dependencies across teams and ensure timely, transparent communication

- Lead delivery activities and ensure the team understands the product vision

- Develop and execute change management and enablement plans to support new system implementations and process improvements

- Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for the core commerce engineering team

- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to shape and validate end-to-end integration patterns

- Partner daily with tech leads, software engineers, QA, and Scrum Masters in standard Agile ceremonies

- Work closely with Business Product Managers, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams to balance technical debt remediation with business feature delivery

Your Skills and Expertise:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology

- Five (5) years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Solution Architect

- Strong domain knowledge of eCommerce capabilities and processes

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or a comparable composable/enterprise commerce platform

- Understanding of digital commerce platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations

- Proficiency with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models

- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
