## Description

The Boeing Company, specifically the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) division, is seeking a Ground Systems Test & Integration Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to work on the MILSATCOM Program in Colorado Springs, CO.

This role involves providing leadership and guidance in the development of next-generation satellite ground mission planning systems. The successful candidate will lead major sections of the ground system software development staff and programs, ensuring that the ground system satisfies customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Applying an interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems

- Evaluating customer needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements

- Performing analyses to optimize system architecture

- Developing and executing system integration and test plans

- Leading test entrance and exit reviews

- Supporting the development of complex system level threads

The ideal candidate will have:

- An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent

- 5+ years of engineering experience (9+ years for Lead position)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with satellite ground systems, software integration and test, and formal qualification

- Familiarity with Agile processes and Model-Based Engineering

- Experience with Atlassian Jira

In terms of benefits, Boeing offers a competitive salary, with ranges of $112,200 - $151,800 for Mid-Level (Level 3) and $136,850 - $185,150 for Lead (Level 4).
