## Description

We are seeking a Head of Operations Strategy and Management to play a crucial role in aligning the company's strategic initiatives and operational processes with overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with other divisions, including Customer, Finance, and Risk Management, to ensure that strategic plans and operational support functions are integrated across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with regional offices and other LBUs to ensure best practices and governance standards are consistently applied

- Driving operational resilience and governance at the local level, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide standards and regulatory requirements

- Providing data-driven insights and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient
