## Description

The Notifications & Growth Platform org at Pinterest builds systems that power user communication and product-led growth. As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for the org, leading cross-functional delivery of end-to-end solutions and making durable architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Shape the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for the Notifications & Growth Platform org

- Lead cross-functional delivery of end-to-end solutions

- Make durable architectural decisions that improve delivery quality, reliability, and scalability

- Define success metrics and operating cadence

- Use AI to accelerate work across exploration, drafting, analysis, and synthesis

Requirements:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience

- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality

- Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work

- Proven technical leadership

- Excellent communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
