## Description

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Per Diem Research Nurse (Adult) to work in Truro, UK.

As a Per Diem Research Nurse, you will be responsible for:

- Being fully conversant with the trial protocol, Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRF), off-site manual, supporting documents, procedures, and timelines

- Communicating effectively with the Illingworth research nurse project manager, Research nurse manager, site staff, and the Principal Investigator

- Maintaining accurate documentation, including electronic transfer of data

- Attending Site Initiation Visits (SIV) and other necessary meetings

- Coordinating and completing subject trial visits on- and off-site

- Administering trial medication and facilitating safe storage, transfer, and accountability

- Processing and safely packaging and dispatching samples

- Assisting in identifying potentially eligible patients and assisting with patient recruitment

- Ensuring accurate reporting of adverse events and serious adverse events

- Reporting any suspected misconduct or fraud

To qualify, you will need:

- To be a registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience

- Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification

- Knowledge of research design and methodology

- Experience and knowledge of clinical nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG

- Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Good working knowledge of computer software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
