## Description

The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer drives strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril Imaging's electronics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate component sourcing paths

- Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time/sourcing risks, especially for PCBA components

- Ensure scalability of electronics sourcing strategy as multiple product lines scale to full production

- Conduct supplier selection and manage/expand the approved supplier list

- Collaborate with suppliers, design engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams

- Ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds

- Coordinate with Anduril HQ's PCBA commodity team to streamline PCBA procurement processes

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field

- 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics

- Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering at component and product level

- Ability to travel 10-25% for vendor on-site visits

- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or advanced technical degree

- Experience in sourcing printed circuit boards and subcomponents

- Familiarity with PCBA fabrication and assembly processes, industry quality standards, and high-tech product development

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD per year.
