Join Hang Seng Bank Limited as a Prestige Sales Manager (Cross Boundary Banking) and make an impact in the banking industry.

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead our Prestige Banking Centre, responsible for achieving business targets, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets

- Direct and manage the operation of the centre to maximize service quality and productivity

- Develop relationship management systems and implement customer loyalty programs

- Organize product briefings and training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge and selling skills

- Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration or relevant qualifications (CFA, CFP, CFMP)

- Holder of HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred

- Proven sales experience with high-net-worth customers

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese

- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services
