## Description

We are looking for an ECommerce LATAM Manager to lead our e-commerce business in Latin America.

**Job Overview** As an ECommerce LATAM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the customer/channel strategy for LATAM, building relationships with regional key players, and leading negotiations and business follow-up for top 5 markets.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop the customer/channel strategy for LATAM

- Build and maintain relationships with regional key players

- Lead negotiations and follow-up of business for top 5 markets

- Train and engage Key Account Managers (KAMs) of top 5 markets on POSA/Bricks and Clicks strategy and tools

- Manage e-commerce P&L, fuelling top-line growth and maintaining control over key investment buckets

- Co-lead marketing investments directed to online retailers with Brand

- Lead the e-commerce strategic agenda, driving the right focus and top management involvement

- Work with customers of all sizes to effectively and creatively win with consumers and shoppers

- Ensure consistency and alignment across areas and key stakeholders

- Manage different investments buckets (Trade and media investments)

- Drive growth while maintaining channel profitability and execution improvements

- Work remotely with several countries, influencing and following up on local teams and local customers

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (engineering, economics, marketing, etc.)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce

- Experience and abilities in negotiation and strong commercial acumen

- Strong project management abilities

- Demonstrable expertise in performance media channels, search, and data analytics

- Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships

- Self-starter and Can-Do attitude

- Proven experience leading different e-commerce business models (B&C, Pure Players, Market Places)

- Experience in an e-commerce retailer or relevant supplier

- Fluent in English

- Availability to be based in Brazil
