## Description

The CRA Strategy & Program Management Community Development (CD) Qualification team at Capital One is seeking a Manager to play a critical role in supporting the company's efforts to maintain outstanding CRA performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analysis, managing documentation, and qualifying/validating Community Development (CD) activities. They will use data management systems to ensure data integrity, conduct quality assurance reviews, and develop formal process documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing analysis and managing documentation for CD activities

- Ensuring data integrity and full documentation of CD activities using data management systems

- Conducting quality assurance/audit reviews to ensure data integrity and process consistency

- Developing and maintaining formal process documentation

- Participating in efforts to prepare for CRA examinations, internal audits, and controls testing

- Identifying opportunities to improve or streamline qualification processes

- Acting as a subject matter expert and providing consulting services to business partners

- Providing assistance with technology-related projects and regulatory compliance initiatives

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a hybrid role, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding on-site presence at a designated office location.

The salary range for this position varies by location:

- Plano, TX: $122,100 - $139,400

- McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300

- Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400

The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
