As a MedTech Sales professional in Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians (Commission), you will help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for sales to Specialty Physicians, under direct supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the development of projects, programs, or processes for sales to Specialty Physicians

- Performing simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's strategy for sales to Specialty Physicians

- Documenting customer account information and setting up reporting to monitor sales pipeline

- Understanding and applying Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team

This job is salaried and eligible for sales incentive/sales commissions.
