As a Seasonal Supervisor at Lush, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting standout experiences throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Engage with customers by offering a warm welcome and providing tailored product recommendations

- Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organised shop floor

- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets

- Organise and host in-store parties, events, and customer celebrations

- Provide training, feedback, and development for team members

- Lead the store effectively in the absence of the store manager

- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
