## Description

The M&A Integration Manager is a core member of the Integration Management Office (IMO) and plays a key role in integrating Nebius' acquisitions.

The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives, from pre-close planning to post-close execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integration planning and drive execution across assigned workstreams

- Ensure Day 1 readiness across all assigned workstreams

- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology, and other functions to maintain cross-functional alignment

- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Own workstream governance, including RAID logs and decision tracking

- Prepare decision-ready materials and reports for senior stakeholders

- Build strong working relationships with functional leads and senior stakeholders

- Drive change management and cultural integration in partnership with HR and Communications

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years in project or programme management, corporate development, or an integration management function

- Some exposure to M&A or integration

- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously and independently

- Strong governance and planning discipline

- Clear and confident communicator
