## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Management team as a Warehouse Inbound Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods, including documentation control, inventory management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries

- Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities

- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods efficiently

- Perform quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet quality standards

- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipping

Requirements:

- Completed education in Logistics or a related field (minimum 3 years)

- Experience in a similar role or industry (pharmaceutical or logistics)

- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and quality systems

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good knowledge of German language (written and spoken)
