## Description

We are seeking a Data 360 Sales Specialist to join our Emerging Business Unit (EBU) team. As a Data 360 Sales Specialist, you will work closely with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and close Data 360 opportunities within our emerging business accounts.

You will be the technical-commercial expert who connects customer pain points (fragmented data, lack of a unified context layer for AI/Agentforce) to the Data 360 solution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with Account Executives to identify accounts with Data 360 potential within the existing pipeline

- Leading discovery of needs, qualification, and development of account strategy for Data 360 opportunities

- Presenting and demonstrating the business value of Data 360 to technical and business stakeholders

- Building and executing account plans with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success Managers

- Collaborating with Solution Engineering for proof-of-concepts and technical validations

- Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in our CRM system

- Contributing to strategies for go-to-market and enablement of our specialist team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in selling SaaS/enterprise solutions, ideally with data, CRM platforms, or AI

- Track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative and product-specialized sales

- Ability to translate technical concepts (data architecture, integration) into business value

- Experience working in an overlay/specialist model with core Account Executives

- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 is highly desirable

Nice to have:

- Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification

- Prior experience in the EBU/Emerging Business segment or with smaller accounts with high sales cycle velocity
