## Description

We're looking for a Night Manager to join our team at Rivergate Centre in Peterborough. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the night team to ensure the store runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

You will work a rolling rota and 4 nights over 7, including weekend working, and be solely responsible for the store during the night. You will need to be confident in overseeing operations as a whole, as the store is open 24 hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy into action: planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor during the night shift

- Lead with impact: leading and coaching night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards

- Execution-focused: ensuring the shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to the day team

- Talent Development: listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business

**Requirements:**

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change

- Strong customer service focus

- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
