## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a Clinic Director, you will have the opportunity to open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Grow, develop, and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic

- Provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes

- Hire and manage staff

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the clinic

- Manage finances and operations

- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for clinic staff

**Requirements:**

- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy

- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care

- Desire to own and run a clinic

- Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist

- Committed to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority
