## Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Administrator to own the operational backbone of our global renewals and customer success processes.

Energy Exemplar's mission is to empower transformative energy decisions, enabling stakeholders across the energy value chain to plan and execute a sustainable energy future.

As a Customer Success Administrator, you will set standards, mentor and guide administrators across regions, and drive the adoption of Salesforce and AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer renewals and contracts, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and customer needs.

- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, update records, and provide data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales.

- Analyze customer data to generate insights and inform strategic recommendations.

- Identify inefficiencies in customer support workflows and implement process improvements.

- Drive proactive customer outreach initiatives and support escalation management.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, administration, or operations within a SaaS or technology environment.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
