## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

This role involves working varied shifts, including nights, Sundays, and potential full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December).

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 20:00-06:00

- Wednesday: 20:00-06:00

- Thursday: 20:00-06:00

**Additional Information:**

- The role requires being digitally confident and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

- You must be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation.

- An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour applies for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
