## Description

We are seeking a Web Portal Developer to design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations and contribute to the organization's technology communities.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

As a Web Portal Developer at Barclays Services Corp., you will:

- Apply agile methodologies to deliver various web development products.

- Prioritize workload, understand requirements, and provide timely and accurate estimates.

- Coordinate with testing, release, and engineering teams as needed.

- Perform in-depth research and assessment of emerging technologies.

- Review test strategies to guarantee the quality of the delivered software.

- Assist in the diagnosis of system problems encountered during testing.

The salary range for this position is $137,717 - $145,000 per year.
