## Description

We're seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to define and build the future of AI-agent interactions. Designing highly capable agents requires access to the right context & environments (data, tools, MCP servers, Search Platform, RAG, etc).

This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring alignment with engineering, research, design, and business teams to design a scalable platform approach that empowers our agentic capabilities while ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with Mistral's broader product goals.

Key responsibilities include:

* Defining the vision for our Context & Search approach and evangelizing it within the company
* Leading market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, competitive whitespaces, and emerging trends
* Driving end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration
* Partnering with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences
* Collaborating with marketing and sales to launch products successfully
* Aligning stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines

Required qualifications include:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with a focus on Search/Context/Connectors product areas in the B2B / Enterprise space
* Technical skills, including understanding technical trade-offs and partnering effectively with engineering teams
* User obsession, with a relentless focus on solving real user problems backed by data and qualitative insights
* Cross-functional influence, with proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority
* Problem-solving, with a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on problem-solving
* Communication, with crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users
* Adaptability, with the ability to thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly
* Collaboration, with a low ego and high EQ, building trust and driving decisions through clarity, not hierarchy
* Autonomy, with self-direction and a bias for action, navigating unknowns and owning outcomes end-to-end

Ideal candidates will have:

* AI/ML fluency, with a good understanding of how generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven product work
* A builder's mindset, with founder or early-stage PM experience turning 0 -> 1 ideas into products users love
* Technical depth, with the ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed
