## Description

We are looking for Application Specialists in Wound Care to join our Commercial Engagement Services team. As an Application Specialist, you will work closely with our life sciences customers to support them with flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success.

**Your tasks:**

- You will be a valuable and competent contact person for our doctors, homecare and medical staff.

- You will generate leads and raise awareness and interest for our customer's products.

- You will be responsible for achieving agreed targets and KPIs in your target group.

- You will provide professional advice on selected products in the area of rare diseases.

- You will support our customer through professional and competent communication by phone, email, online calls, etc.

- You will plan calls independently based on your target list and document them in the CRM.

- You will be responsible for timely administration in daily business.

- You will participate in coaching and training concepts to improve your skills as a remote employee.

**Requirements:**

- Experience as a remote employee, ideally several years as an eRep.

- Strong personality with a confident appearance and ability to find the right strategy to inspire customers.

- Excellent communication skills, technical expertise and persuasive power.

- Completed pharmaceutical representative training according to § 75 AMG or comparable training as a pharmaceutical consultant.

- Home office workstation.

- Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel.

- Fluent German and good English skills.
