## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Gateway M40 Banbury. This part-time, Christmas-only role involves working behind the scenes to ensure the store runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for stock management, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.

Working hours are:

- Sunday: 18:30-22:30

- Monday: 18:30-22:30

- Tuesday: 18:30-22:30

- Wednesday: 18:30-22:30

- Thursday: 18:30-22:30

- Friday: Off

- Saturday: Off

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining flexibility to work across the store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions

- Adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
