## Description

We're looking for a Principal Project Manager to join our high-performing professional services team. You'll evaluate how the nCino product can meet European clients' needs and work with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities:

- Execute strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels.

- Take full ownership of the project/program timeline, proactively addressing risks and dependencies.

- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.

- Oversee large-scale implementations by managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining project timelines.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, expectations alignment, and regular updates.

- Independently handle project escalations, maintaining momentum and customer satisfaction.

- Exhibit advanced skills in managing nCino project plans and tooling.

- Provide comprehensive project status updates and risk assessments to peers and senior management.

- Seek knowledge, refine domain skills, and work collaboratively for team success.

- Mentor new employees, interact with leaders across departments, and be sought out for opinions on significant matters.

- Proactively identify and capitalize on whitespace within programs to drive revenue for nCino.

- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations.

Qualifications Required:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Proven ability to manage complex tasks with precision, leveraging strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Desired:

- Salesforce experience

- nCino experience (as an end user or nCino implementation)

- PMP/PMI certification preferred
