## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Manor Court Care Home in Southall. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care within the home.

**Job Summary:** The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct. You will have up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home

- Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records

- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home

- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity

- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

- Develop strong relationships with local partners to raise the care home's profile

**Requirements:**

- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin

- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning

- Effective communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Compassionate and respectful team player
