## Description

You will join Ubisoft, a leading global video game company, as a Product Manager AI Assistant intern for 6 months starting January 2027.

Ubisoft is known for creating original and memorable gaming experiences, including Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, and Just Dance.

As a Product Manager AI Assistant intern, you will contribute to the adoption of AI practices within the product teams, under the supervision of your tutor.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Understand the needs and pain points of product teams

- Conduct interviews and workshops with teams

- Map workflows and identify high-potential AI use cases

- Test and validate AI use cases

- Experiment with tools and prompts, within Ubisoft's security and confidentiality rules

- Measure gains (time, quality) and formulate recommendations

- Support adoption

- Produce guides, a prompt library, and demos

- Lead sharing and training sessions

- Monitor AI developments and opportunities for the product

- Share regular summaries with the team

- Track adoption and document progress

- Define and track adoption indicators

- Update documentation on Confluence

- Produce progress reports for product and technical management

Requirements:

- Student in higher education, with a first experience related to digital or innovation

- Good relational skills, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and facilitating workshops

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

- Curious and proactive, with a strong interest in generative AI (personal or academic use)

- Appetite for technology, wanting to understand how digital products work

- Ideally, basics in subjects like APIs, web development, or e-commerce platforms

- Agile methodologies knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus

- Sufficient English level to evolve in an international environment
