## Description

We are seeking a Welcome Relations Manager to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting staff with problem payments and following up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues

- Processing guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys

- Handling various payment types, setting up accurate accounts for each guest, and anticipating sold-out situations

- Coordinating with Housekeeping to track room readiness and resolving guest calls and requests

- Maintaining accurate records, counting bank, and balancing receipts

- Assisting management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees

- Reporting accidents and injuries, and completing safety training and certifications

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
